This is a great project with many good pointers for the DIY bumper swap. I've been thinking about doing it on my 2015 S85D, and will start looking on ebay for the bumper cover. I'm interested to see how you solve the T emblem, please post that when you get it completed.

Where did you buy the bumper?
Off EBay. Most of them are too damaged to be used (in my opinion), but if keep checking, some really nice ones at great prices pop up.
