Hi Tina,what brand of vermicelli can I use?My boss and manager before put chicken stock or bouillon in it and put veggies in the rice.Looks yummy and definitely try this.Do you make Toum if I am right that is called?
Toum or Garlic Sauce.My boss and manager taught me how to make it but kinda forgett the measurements or amount.Can you teach me? Thank you very much Tina!Poor Peppi.They sound like sibling fight lol.
Oohhh, I love the paper towel trick! I could eat just plain rice (plain meaning the butter and the toasted rice which gives such a good flavour) every day! My Mom would always toast the rice before adding the liquid, but somehow I had forgotten this. Thanks Tina for reminding me of this. So delish!

That's the same way I make Armenian rice pilaf but I use chicken bullion for more flavor in my water ..
