Respect for the man that has the balls to machine a billet aluminium block that probably cost thousands to start with. Your work and these videos are amazing, well done.

At 2:20 you essentially remove material. What do you do if you need to add material? Do you get larger size parts to fit?

Ich hätte da mal ne Frage, der "Schneideisenhalter" wo Big Kaiser draufsteht, muss sowas eigentlich auch mal zur Inspektion wie ein Drehmomentschlüssel? Oder machst du das rein vom nachmessen, das wenn es zu eng wäre du nochmal ein 10tel,100tel (keine Ahnung?) nachstellst? Woran bemerkt die Maschine bspw. den Verschleiss vom Schneideisen? Oder liegt das alles bei dir von der Händischen Einstellung?
