My name is Kevin and i am from Malaysia. I am very inspired to an artist like you.I have been Practising spray paint art for a few weeks now but i have a major problem.I have been using normal card boards because i am not able to purchase poster board paper in my country. I have already contacted staples in the US and they do not ship to my country.I have also contacted their other branches worldwide and they do not have this supply. is there any other type of paper i can use? can i use photo paper? please help me.. i dont want to allow a small thing like this to stop me from creating beautiful art.Please help

just because the paint came out of a can does not make it spray paint art, the knife is cheating,
So if you apply acrylic with a sponge or a toothpick, it's not an acrylic painting?
yes it is but it's not brush painting.
lol... Spray paint art started in the 70s, in Mexico. The tools they used were canvas, poster board, spray paint, knives, razors, bowls, plates, sponges, sticks, pieces of poster board... pretty much anything they can use to manipulate the paint that comes out of a can. Spray paint art is suppose to be paintings you can bring to the streets and make cash in a reasonable amount of time. Water color, oil, acrylic is something that can not really be manipulated in 10-20 minutes. And those styles of paintings, aren't that fun to watch.
Okay that makes more sense. And I'll eat my own words in that spray paint implies that it's being sprayed, since the paint itself is actually enamel. So in this case, I guess it should be considered an enamel painting, not really spray painting.
