Interesting way of prepping for the week. I usually just batch cook 2-3 meals + some easy snacks and grab whatever I feel like but I think I will try this at least once to feel the extra variety!

Just an idea for those of us who have a sweet tooth...any chance on not having 2 wraps or whatever and coming up with a quick and easy chocolate dessert on a daily?Because I know me...if I don't have sweets I will fall off the band wagon all together...better to work them in. Thank you so much!
I have not tried it, but my Vitamix works super well for both nice cream and smoothies. I prefer multi-use machines whenever possible, but I have heard high praise about the Ninja ice cream maker 🙂

Honestly, it was simply consuming too much time. Filming everything from meals to workouts to check-ins took me 10-15 extra hours per week. We're a remote team, so I don't have a local videographer to follow me around. I was doing most of the filming myself. I definitely want to share more of my vegan health and fitness journey, but my priority right now is running and growing The Vegan Gym. I make 3 nutrient dense meals each day I eat the same thing and I eat what ever the wife cooks for me in the evening which is ofc plant based as she caters for me as I’m the only vegan in the house all my kids and wife eat meat
You are very welcome to use regular peanut butter, but the reason I like using the powder is that it saves around 70% of the calories because the fat is removed. Many people who watch this channel are working to get leaner, so keeping calories a bit lower are helpful. You can swap regular peanut butter for any instance we use powdered peanut butter 🙂
I originally didn't follow his videos because I thought it was a little expensive. Now I'm dealing with health complications and I realized... Spending a little extra on food is worth living a long and healthy life. I created a shopping cart on Walmart and ill be ordering it once I get home. It's time to make a change.
