oh no! well start from the bottom of the head and the bottom of the hair and work your way up thats the technique that i use when i have super knotted hair and also water (especially hot water) is your friend, i hope you get it back to normal or i can only imagine what Cleo would put Ghoulia through to get it back to normal with all her ancient charms and relics! :D XD ;)
