Thanks for your video. You gave me more info than Samsung has. They have a poorly written manual, and no quick start guide with the range on delivery. One small booklet with a few pages in English on how to connect to your phone. Doesn't work with my phone. I had to Google the manual. You would think a large company like Samsung would use multi-media and at least have a link to an instructional utube manual.

Thanks for the informative video. The stove is beautiful but the interface seems less intuitive than their regular induction range.
Can you use more than 1 cooking surface at the same time ?
Yes. You can use all 4 at one time. Set one, go back to screen an set a second.
