Who knows how things while change in that time; common languages for that region of the world may be obsolete or even extinct when it is discovered some day. ☢️⏳ So maybe converting it into a "Safe" class object may not be realistic.
Why didn't they send the drones exclusively as the third expedition? And, why didn't they have cord harness vests on, with the other end of the cable attached to a feeder outside? They could use the cord to accurately measure how far they really went, send back radio signals through the metal hull, or leave a trail out that could be discovered by someone else who would was lost? And, yes, if worse came to worse, they could retract the cable to pull someone out.

Psychotropic poisoning often changes how people perceive the passage of time. OR, the conceptual hallucination that the normal appearance of their environment is _not_ normal, Or the belief that you are being watched, or that inanimate objects like walls _are alive_ and breathing or moving, or shifting. 😵💫 Come to think of it, another symptom of even stronger exposure is going catatonic. 🤔 Remember how when they were found unconscious and removed, they did not return to normal once they were out of the ship & it took about an hour for them to wake up?

I just realized something: I'm am now strongly suspecting that Richard Roberts' Quite Contrary (a convoluted, fairy-tale-multiverse-spanning twist on Red Riding Hood) and this SCP had some cross-contamination, even if it was years apart, because there's a sequence in a ship that had a similar feel, albeit the rules were a lot simpler (stay out of the dark or monsters eat you, respect the dead or bad things happen, do not damage the ship or it'll fall apart in unwanted ways to drown you or whatever, and there were some less stratified "be courteous to future travelers" rules; also the kids in the ship all at least believed themselves to be in purgatory and that getting out would let them into heaven).

Completely engrossed, scp 2022 will watch these videos unerringly irregardless of the videos length, subject, or having seen the video before. Scp 2022 will remain safe untill its videos have been interrupted. At which point scp 2022 will attack the nearest living thing in an unbridled rage. Should there be no living things withkn scp 2022's vicinity during this time, then Scp 2022 will attack walls, pillows, and anything within reach of scp 2022.

Well they started about a year ago and we’re almost to SCP 500 so at that rate they would finish with SCP 6999 in about 13 years 😏
