Thanks again for the tour. Out of all those who live in the UN Village, those who have the privilege of living overlooking the Han River are the lucky ones. What a magnificent sight, and at night it must be a spectacle. I don't think I got tired of enjoying the scenery. ☺

세월이 가니, 그곳도 이제 고급 연립형 주택들로, 돈많은 유명연예인들 집성촌으로 변했네. 하지만 변하지 않은것은, 차량이나 사람의 통행, 도로상에 차량주차시, 눈, 비올 때 위험해 보이는인도가 없는 좁은 소로의 도로, 경사도로, 커브길은 그대로네. 이전 부자들은 거의 부촌 고급단독주택에 살았는데, 그래서 유엔빌리지가 그렇게 인기가 있지 않았던 걸로 기억되고, 매입 후 주로 외교관 임대를 했던 걸로 기억돼. 그 당시 주변을 자주가, 약속시간이 좀 남아, 이곳을 갔다가 소변이 마려운데, 해결할 곳이 없어 고생했던 기억도, 유엔빌리지 경매가 나와 갔던 것도 기억나네. 이후 이곳이, 연예인들 지방출장에 유리하다고 하고, 지역은 조용하고 괘적하고, 당시 고급빌라형은 이보다 평수가 작은 롯데빌리지형 정도로 거의 없기도 하고, 그래서 유명연예인들에게 인기장소가 되어 모여들게 되었다고 하더군. 지금 그 가격은, 돈많은 사람들에게는 별로겠지만, 우리같은 서민들에겐 상상초월이지. 과연 그만한 가치가 있을까? 서울 변두리지역에 건평 500평 내외 건물도 지을 수 있는 정도로? 방5개가진 나도 거지 신세지.

The actual name building is called THE HOUSE. Jennie just owns a unit there not the whole building. Who knows why they call it like that.
