Boneyard

You've done it. You've finally found the Marimba Mori, an enchanted instrument capable of waking the dead. Since the language describing it was deader than the bones surrounding the instrument, there were a few details that were unclear about what that meant, exactly. Fortunately, you've learned part of the True Song. While there are some missing Notes, you think you can improvise the rest. You start playing, and hear a faint clatter in the background. Did you just see a skeleton move?
