1. What time you reached the peak while you filmed.
2. Is it too crowded with ppl?

1. Reached around 8.
2. It was starting to get crowded by 9, if you reach by 7, should be less crowded, also weekdays should be good.

@VinodKrishnaVinny depends on season, during rainy season track is very slushy. But during other times, it should be possible to take bike to peak, though it will be slightly adventurous in a few sections.
