I wish there was more siblicide with this animal. There were some thrilling and interesting occurrences of siblicide this season (thank god for golden and lesser spotted eagles!) but a few more examples would be great tools with which to teach my students about the sibling and social nest dynamics in raptors nests. Not quite yet though, these cotton balls are super cute.

Waaa, I don't feel good and need to be enfluffled lol! Lady and Dad have the best underskirts and thick feathers, with a visible parting of the feathers for their brood patches and direct skin warmth. Second only to the albatrosses, with their wide, inches deep glorious Southern Ocean worthy feathers and down comforter for their chick! It's hard being so young, but all better when you can slip under cozy mom or dad and into a nice, safe food coma in the perfect bed! I'm jealous except I don't like sushi! ❤️🐣🐣

It would take some research to answer that. Worldwide there are about 68 species of eagle, each with its own vocalizations.
