Then finishit off by putting rosemary and some vinegar to glaze it. Keep it on heat for a while to deglaze and you are ready. Serve it as is with some of the juice and a slice of lemon.

Liver is one of my favorites. Grilled on charcoal, brushed with sweet and tangy sauce and some bits burnt, it’s amazing! The texture is great too though it can be hit or miss. Sometimes it’s gritty but often it’s creamy. Idk why people dont like its texture while others rave about fois gras.

As I remembered in my country, Pork liver were stir fry with some sweet sauce and garlic or clean and boiled then add in to the porridge. Chicken liver were grilled and brushed some kind of sweet mix sauce and garlic. Those are more palette able for me.
I like spam with honey-mustard on it and it's really easy to prepare. You literally just take some honey and some mustard, mix them together roughly equally, make small slices in the top of the spam so the honey mustard stays on better, pour it on, microwave it until hot, cut into slices, and eat.
im egyptian and we eat liver quite often. despite growing up in a household where my mom always wanted me to eat it, i never really enjoyed it. i think its more of a texture thing since i have an ick for textures but it just doesnt taste good. however liver is actually quite healthy! its very good if youre anemic or just need iron in general, and sometimes it can be enjoyed! just depends on what kind of textures you like :)

im egyptian and we eat liver quite often. despite growing up in a household where my mom always wanted me to eat it, i never really enjoyed it. i think its more of a texture thing since i have an ick for textures but it just doesnt taste good. however liver is actually quite healthy! its very good if youre anemic or just need iron in general, and sometimes it can be enjoyed! just depends on what kind of textures you like :)
