I love 9 ball and yes Jim won that round as he hit the proper sequenced ball 1st causing a combo which sunk the nine ball(only in irl tournaments you need call all your combos otherwise it is ball in hamd for next player) also here the spin is called English, the jumps are called masse
The order to sink the balls go consecutively from 1-8, then try to sink the 9 last, unless you hit the number ball into the 9 to pocket it. So, if you are on ball 3, and you hit it into the 9 ball and it goes in, that’s a win. Automatically a win if you sink the 9 ball on a break too.
