After 2 year Date - July 2024 Update after using this chair .. Working good and no new problem exist.. About leg - plastic vs metal one.. metal legs are not as good as these legs ... I saw and used both for 1-2 year metal one got rusty and prone to scratches. Things got better if had rest comes with some soft cover or padding .. My product working fine. And arm rest is hard and wobble but not that much. No idea about wakefit

Metal base is not durable than this.. i have used both ... this chair is best.. obly downside is hand rest material.. rest js good go for it

If you are 5'6 then heel doesn't touch at max height but you can lower chair height to touch both toe and heel
