As a diabetic, every time I see you eat the pastries I cringe. You make it all look so deliciously but can't help but worry about your pancreas. Have you thought about possibly wearing a CGM to monitor what the food is doing for you? Thanks for sharing all the food experiences. Enjoy it all and hope you stay healthy.
