I have had severe asthma early in my life and as recent 5 years it was triggered to the severe once again. I nebulized and used the inhaler daily and it was only as an emergency relief but still low lung capacity for breathing. Three weeks ago I came across a meme that suggested Blue Vervain's affects and ordered it with hopefulness but doubted. Day one I instantly felt more air capacity I was used to and I haven't needed an inhaler or neb for the first time in five years. I feel lively and has produced more stamina sexually. I feel revived. My wife had a nasty cold that she was medicating with Nyquil and suffering for days. I finally convinced her to take one capsule. She instantly started feeling better and is on the recovering end of the cold faster than she has before. Now I'm telling everyone close to me about this amazing herb. I don't ever give reviews but this herb is saving my life.

Wow! This is incredible. My mom passed away over a year ago and a couple of months ago, I had a dream where I wanted to go to my mom's house to get some of her plants and transplant them into my own gardens so I could have a piece of her with me. In this dream, as I was walking around her gardens, I came across blue vervain - I had never heard of or seen this plant before but I knew instantly what it was in that moment. I looked it up and read that it was good for stress and anxiety which made sense to me at the time. Fast forward to me watching your video, I did not know that this plant helped with jaw tension. I have been struggling with tension in my jaw since my mom has passed - it even bothers me during my sleep! I have also been suspecting that I have gallbladder issues which came up with this herb as well - maybe a root cause of my jaw pain - very interesting. I have been thinking about incorporating digestive bitters into my diet but maybe this specific plant is exactly what I need. I have been drawn to it since my dream and have felt a very strong magnetic pull toward it, and now I definitely need to get some! Thank you so much for this video.

Happy to have come across another person who loves plants n nature like I do. I am not an official herbalist but I love, love, love herbal plants and have a total connection with nature. Like yourself, I find them n they find me. Just today I took out some dry leaves of vervain from a glass jar in the kitchen to make a concoction and drink and I was curious to find out more, hence I found your video and then you started to talk about the side of the neck/gall bladder meridian. How many things one does not know about their own body and how nature can help us heal!!! Ashley, thank you for your work and your insights. Stay Blessed.

Thank you, Ashley! Of all the herb tinctures I use, Blue Vervain is #1. I also keep a flower essence bottle handy. I love it! I'm definitely a Type A. I agree wholeheartedly about always 'feeling the joy' when the remedy works, even though I know it will! Before I started loving herbs, I primarily turned to homeopathic remedies. Interestingly, I rarely use them or need anything other than plant medicine now.

I considered what you said, and thought about how I live amidst a vast juniper forest. So I looked up what juniper is good for, and studies have shown that the berries are hypocholesterolic and hypoglycemic, and they repaired liver damage in mice (among many other wonderful qualities). I have a hereditary condition whereby my liver makes too much cholesterol, and hence I have heart disease. I'm going to take juniper tea for awhile and see if it helps. I bet it will! Do you feel that plants can be "programmed " with ones intention to act in certain ways? Even outside the well known effects of the plant? There have been a few times when I've had this intuition...

D mikaels you are welcome! I’d suggest trying it for a few weeks. Another herb to consider is wormwood. Just 3 drops of the tincture twice a day. It’s a great bitter that works on the liver which might be part of the cause since it’s responsible for breaking down hormones and alcohol. Keep me posted!

I get nauseous when I drink blue vervain. Even if it’s a part of a mix that includes peppermint or catnip
Yet the herb is very strengthening & stabilizing for me
I use a relatively small amount in the tea
Suggestions for solution to the nausea?
Nb chiropractic adjustment to be successful needs hot moist towels for 15 mins then 20 mins massage for the adjustment to be successful
Otherwise the person is literally forcing the bone position without addressing the underlying muscular & connective tissue spasm
If you can find an old school practioner like this a visit once a year (or 6 monthly) is ideal for health

Tametia Benz Benz Hi Dear, what a good mama you are! I don’t know what is sure to help your daughter. You can try blue vervain and other antispasmodics to see if they help. I’ve heard good things about THC-a found in cannabis for seizures and tremors. There are lots of studies on cannabis now. I am sure you are ready for something to help your baby. Don’t give up, ask for help from your creator, stay hopeful. I am sending you both my prayers ✨🙏🏻✨
