I came back to watch this after Maximilian Dood watch this video and he was amaze of how cool the combos you can do in this game despite this version of MVC1 is different than the arcade version.
That PlayStation intro was everything back in da day 🏆
Yeah when you have a f#$%& up cd and you want to play your game the console stalls for a bit then you see the intro pops up it tells you that everything is ok only then you can celebrate a big party !
That F***ing Proton Cannon against War Machine had me in tears 😂😂😂.
The PS1 port of this game is extremely broken. But the good thing about it is that this particular port set the tone for MvC 2

I had this game on the Playstation first. I was so upset I couldn't do 2 vs 2. But that weird bring out your opponents doppleganger to fight with you was something I enjoyed.

It was due to it's hardware's ram limitation.

Kimbuja TAS means a person can input any buttons at any frame, slow everything frame by frame and use save states to ensure perfect combos and precise actions I’m no expert but look it up and you’ll get better answers than mine
So it zooms in when you do air combos.

yeah the PS1 version had this option, it could be turned off tho
meanmachine i guess they had to do *something* to make the PS1 version look attractive, since the system apparently wasn't powerful enough to handle the game's most defining features...

man this port is weird
I dont agree with your opinion on the psx ports, most of them are horrible and are super far away from an arcade perfect conversion. Capcom put out so many shitty ports on the Playstation 1, like Street Fighter Alpha, Super Turbo, X Men Children of the Atom, Cyberbots, Dark Stalkers and this funky MvC1 port and so on. All these ports are horrible ports and even back then you could have played the Sega Saturn ports which are way closer to the arcade, almost arcade perfect.
I mean in the end it really depends what kind of player you are but for most competative fgc members those psx ports are garbage, if you are a casual and you just wanna mash some buttons im certain you can enjoy those psx ports.
@@MrBroken030 Agree, I bought the PS1 MvC and didn't realize before you can't actually play a cros tag version. I was still happy to at least something though.
It was due to the RAM limitations.
I mean, infinite assists and hyper cancels are cool, but the tag system is the selling point of the game. One of the only “additions” is just some extra colours for all the characters.

Como troca de lutador pra próxima luta ?
Tem que segurar o l1 assim que tu derrotar o CPU, toda vez que derrotar um personagem é só ficar segurando l1 que ele irá fazer o switch na próxima luta, segure até o switch acontecer depois das telas de loading.
Nao sei o que é pior nesta versão: Esses Loadings que enchem ou saco, ou você escolher 2 personagens mas não pode troca-los durante a luta.
Bom os loads eu dei conta cortando no vegas ao menos shua.

Ensina os macete depois Dark,stryder Hiryu era do seu time vc chamou o próprio volverine pra bater no volverine kkkkkk

É porque estou jogando no psx e aqui eles mudaram as mecânicas do arcade, repare que temos duas lutas, no Arcade você mata o primeiro boneco e o parceiro dele entra no lugar do "segundo round".
Aqui você ganha ou perde os dois rounds para que dai venha o seu parceiro de equipe jogar mais dois rounds, por isso que o chamado de time que é o modo dinâmico não é o seu parceiro real e sim o cópia do CPU, para ativar esse modo é a mesma coisa, requisitos é minimo duas barras e depois só fazer baixo, trás + soco e chute médio, para o counter mesma coisa, só bloquear e fazer chute+soco médio.
Esse jogo foi bastante alterado nesse port do PSX, por isso a velocidade dele é maior, muitos combos do arcade não funcionam aqui, você cancelar os supers que aqui chamamos de hypers realizando outro como fiz no primeiro combo mesmo realizando shinshoryuken e no segundo hit mudando para Ken mode, da para fazer isso com todos é só pegar o hit que é possível ser cancelado. Os partners ficaram diferentes, ou você escolhe uma dupla ou então um assist e não mais uma dupla e um assist, o assist pode ser chamado no jogo normalmente como no arcade, já o partner não pode ser chamado no jogo apenas do hyper double team, dinamic mode só chama uma cópia de quem você esta jogando contra ao invés do seu parceiro.
É um jogo meio maluco na realidade haha.
