Update | Finally Ongoing Developments Inside Megaworld's Davao Park District is on the Move

Davao Park District is the 1st Township project of Megaworld in Mindanao. The Township started it's construction on 2018 but Developments where suspended in 2020 in the mid of Covid Crisis. It resumed Construction around 2022 but it's kinda slow development, then by mid 2023 megaworld released it's statement that the said township will be expanded for more than 7 hectares of land to its previous 11 hectares of land. Around 4th quarter of the year 2023 a multiple developments is scene on site. here are the currently ongoing developments inside Davao Park District.

@@user-su6ik4iy4h hindi naman talaga totally swamp land po siya.. Old Golf course po kasi ito tinatayuan ng Sm Lanang & Megaworld pero infairness maganda naman yung pagka gawa nila ng drainage system dito na district hindi naman po binaha ni minsan hehe ☺

Iloilo is nothing with Megaworld. Kung tanggalin mo ang Megaworld sa Iloilo, it will collapse economically.
Unlike sa Davao, Megaworld is kalingkingan lang sa overall evelopments. Kahit tanggalin ang Megaworld sa Davao, the city’s economy wil not be heavily affected.

@@cio21gemini13 plain landscape kasi ang iloilo sir tapos dami pang vacant na lupa sa city isa na dun ang mandurriao. Kaya malapad ang megaworld iloilo. Yun lng naman ang advantage. Kahit slow pace pa yan ang importante nag pro-progress ang city nyo.
