nice house, but needs a lot of paint. 25mil and "only" a 3 car garage, wth are they thinking, 6 car minimum.
Land is at such a premium here im Los Angeles that very rarely would you see that.
@@SketchDesignDevelopment its not the land in many cases, its the house design. but, i can see why they do it. me, i would need spaces for the Lambo's and Vette's
@@jesvans We actually looked at plans yesterday for a new home that will be built and it has a 3 car garage upstaits and a driveway into the basement for 7/8 more cars

Nice house... I can understand price of almost $25M... But, I can't understand something... Where are garage, few guest toilets, office, chef kitchen, kitchen's pantry, laundry room, machinery room, technical room, other storage rooms, spa, indoor pool, Technogym Personal/Pent gym equipment in house for $25M? Btw., plot is to small and there is only concrete, garden doesn't exist...
We film shorter length content to show the main parts of the homes we visit. Most are so large that most people would lose interest if we wanted to show every single room and space.
Anybody else count 8 bedroom?

@@kurtbrisch5776 Neither is yours. Just another person making nasty comments about a house you couldn't dream of buying in the first place. If you can't cook in that kitchen, you can't cook period, and might as well find a new line of work.
