I was waiting for your review, like even before the game comes out. I loved how you can keep it cool and unbiased and not being a hater nor a lover. 10/10 as always! keep going!
I would love for Relic to adapt their engine to work better with more zoomed out perspectives. I've increasingly find Relic's RTS games to be too zoomed in. I already had that problem in AoE4 and Relic made such a big deal out of it that it "wouldn't run well" that I know hope they now start working at their engine in that regard.
Awesome review! The first 2 Dawn of War game and Company of Heroes were amazing, It is sad that Relic, a company I once regarded with well thought out and innovative gameplay has unfortunately succumbed to rushed, lazy and broken game design. With the ultimate goal of 'we will fix it later' being (in my eyes) unacceptable. I'm glad I didn't pre-order this one, Dawn of War 3 was so terrible it left a bad taste in my mouth and my wallet.
Yeah it's very annoying that a lot of big budget games ship in an incomplete state nowadays. At least design-wise it's still a CoH title so there's still hope.
subscribed because of the review, but that Unreal Tournament music used in the background, good choice. That game's music fits everything. By the way, how's the game now? still a mess or has it got better? Something I don't get about the Company of Heroes series is why aren't they visiting the whole World War 2? It's not that the war was fought just in Europe, there's the pacific theater as well. And something I never understand about these devs is why don't they ever visit Cold War theaters such as Korea and Vietnam. As well as the first World War. Plus, that bit at the begin of the campaign sounds so useless and pandering it hurts. It's really there just to placate some useless twitter user.
Single player is less buggy but the main dynamic campaign is still boring. They added mission selection so you can play all scenarios without bothering with it, that's a compromise for people who prefer normal campaigns, but imo the missions themselves aren't super fun. Multiplayer is good now, better than CoH2 in some aspects like being able to queue with a random faction, but some people can't stand the current meta so your mileage may vary.
@@GnorriTV originally played as the Americans realized my basic troops needed to be upgraded to throw grenades(both anti infantry/vehicles) while Germans have it by building their next building. Then the flak gun emplacements Germany gets 😍 absolutely destroys infantry supported by mortars(hmg helps) and the allies are forced to push with vehicles which you already have a counter for with your standard infantry(which can be upgraded) so early mid game you can’t really be challenged allowing you to prep a large tank force
Now this really shines in team battles bc you can spam nothing but spaa while your friend spams nothing but stuggs and we just push the enemy base when we have 3ish of them
very frustrating to see your reviews haven't got regular 100k vies yet, keep going, they're very very well written and edited!!!
UA-cam is a harsh mistress
It looks like I'll be sticking to original CoH for a while.

Looks promising. Hopefully it will get better over time.
My favorite bad goy Italian uploads again!
Nice work as always, your videos should really be more popular.
Nice UT99 soundtrack you have there in the background.
Ya, my friend bought, and then refunded, when he say they installed Devou on his computer (which he still can't get out).

It's especially bad in CoH 3 because the new terrain elevation feature means that some parts of the map are just closer to the camera.
you have saved me 80 dollars. I appreciate you.

Balanced…. Lol I don’t think so
What do you think is unbalanced?
