when i use transcribe to get the captions my version doesnt let me use the preset let alone transform but on like 23 and 24 version of adobe it does i just have to get it

pro tip (srs): turn down volume for music to atleast -15db (if ur on premiere pro) because its very loud and just covers up everything
voice volume? i use premiere for more client work but for my yt vids im js using capcut for the easy captions
