Get your TV off the internet and hook up a mini pc. Less data collection,no ads and more useful. Hopefully when my TV needs replacing I can replace it with a decent monitor.
Hey Rob, nice review and it seems like a nice TV, though at $1300 US (on sale) it's competing against some tough competition in that price range for 55 inches. And at least the remote control had no glued-on rubber pads you had to pull off to change the batteries.

Try the Hisense U series, it’s a Samsung Qled panel and has local dimming. The 50 inch goes for around $400-500

Didn't know it was available in the US. As far as I know, it's only officially in Singapore and Aus. The Aus price would translate to $599USD
@@Robtech I can't find it this morning on AMZN US so it could have been a 3rd party mistake that got removed.
I use a smart TV at Kindergarten, I hate having to use the remote to search in UA-cam
