I love this profile and your reason on these ratios. This is IMO one of the most consistent profiles I've seen. And tbh, decks that focus on multiple strategies work well.
@@zephyrwargamesyugioh A couple things that I do in more casual duels is that I run 3 Gates because I always seem to end up with a dead Genta in hand. So my logic goes like this. My Turn 1: Genta + Resource Loop searches out two Gates. My Turn 2: 2nd copy of Genta searches the 3rd Gates. And at this point the third Genta is a dead card. So I run a copy of Allure of Darkness to banish the 3rd Genta, and at least get the revival effect. I also run 1 Foolish Burial, Just in case I hard draw a Gates in my opening hand so I can dump a Genta if I don't have one, and if I do, then I dump Versago/whatever else I want. With all the card draw, It just seemed to be more consistent to me. Thoughts?
@rakardoslegend1432 personally not my style of play, But if it works for you, stick at it. I tend to play more aggressive and if your looping back the genta you may aswell search that 3rd gate in the first turn as you could still get another draw+ trigger or worse case you top deck it for turn. I really like allure for the deck it's something that pops in and out of the deck,
i play fiendsmith darkworld, and something to mention is: Smallworld is absolutly good in this Deck, you can banish any dark monster and mothmann to search endgraver for startup😊(bad tract😂)
@nikos9765 yes you can, you'd play the 4 Extra deck monsters. Sequence, moon goddess, desire and requrium. For unchained you'd play yama, rage and maybe anguish
yes but i would play 2 gentas and 3 field spell so u can activate it one more time, then i would take out one corridor bcs it is once per turn and serchable with snow and instead add called by the grave and one other tuner like destrudo or another crow
You talked a bit about running ken and gen, in that build would you recommend running 3 gen and 1 ken? Personally I’m running 2 gen 1 Ken and 1 ROTA to search gen rather than risk that extra brick, what do you think of this?
You should test the brainwashing build , i testet it , leave some dark worlds on board and activate the trap protekt it with number 22 , 38 or grapha fusion , its wonderful they hand rip themselfes , field gets nuked from goldd or old rainbow , and surrender haha
@@zephyrwargamesyugioh hm its just the trap you side out , theres even a possibility to leave it in , like example branded , they accomplish their board with the fusion which destroys all monsters on the field if destroyed you just establish your brainwashing board and dont attack , pass turn with 3300 beatsticks and then start brainwashing the monster effects if the try to remove the board haha its wonderful
@Crystalart12 you don't directly search it, you can send it to GY if you play areal eater and then you can uterlise the dark world fusion spell, if you hard open it, it becomes free discard fodder to loads of your effects
its less than $100 total, plus tract is $12 here so still budget in a world where most decks you spend $100 on 1 card these days. so ultimately comes down to your realistic expectation of a budget deck that can compete, to me that $100 or less. Plus nothing is ever mandatory, if you cant afford $15 singles, take that small engine out and add in what you have access to, this is a guide to be adapted for what you have and what you can buy in one go without smashing the bank.
@@zephyrwargamesyugioh so I’m Canadian so Tracts are $15 I don’t own lars and I don’t own guardians. I’m sorry this may be a budget deck for most, it isn’t for me.
Ok, so as mentioned, adapt to what you have access to, the core still functions as DW should, so that gives you a structure to start and then adapt (no guardians - Try Ken and Gen or Tour guide) dont have Lars - swap it for a generic you have access to Knightmare phoenix, cerberus and so on.
you are running stuff that makes literally no sense to run, 1 Sillva is just asking to get answered before you can do the combo and get your pseudo hand-loop against any competent player running D.D. Crow or Bystials. Lucent isn't good over 2 Sillva, Abyss dweller gets answered by Yubel if you don't go first, Sillva handlooping your opponent also answers Yubel. 🤌 also recommending High Wave King Caeser/Lars is bad without engraver or aerial eater, you do not have a consistent way to get it out and if you even try to say andwraith and Lucent, that is blatantly bad advice, giving up 2 ED slots for something like Caeser.
@michaelzephyros7725 You've missed the point and taken the build wayyy to literal. It's 1 silva and 1 Lucent for variety. As mentioned in the video you don't want to have just 1 route, the only competitive card people are playing right now that will hurt silva is bystials and they still have to open them, so to disregard that and not see the point of the profile as said multiple times is to have multiple game plans and strats in the deck. Dweller obviously is weaker going 2nd, but again like lars it's the unexpected factor that will catch ppl out. You say dweller is bad if you don't go 1st but then say the handloop does which is only good going first so you contradict your own argument there. Lars and cesar as you state are recommendation, not mandatory must plays, they are again options, I'd like to think most players can think for themselves and test things to see if they like them or not, as stated in the profile use the lists as basis and adapt for your environment and playstyle.
@@zephyrwargamesyugioh I don't contradict my own argument at all, you are failing to see how irrelevant abyss dweller is if you have a handloop happening you are NOT going to make abyss dweller and think "this will stop my opponent" your opponent is going to draw 1 card and only have the 1 card which is going to get stopped between grapha fusion monster's effect, goddess, or zombiestien. I have played this deck for almost 20 years You can make the deck extremely powerful while not gutting your consistency or wallet and stuff like tract or engraver. You can build into so many strong boards that adapt better than your list could produce currently, Lucent is what you consider for Masterduels not TCG.
@michaelzephyros7725 the contradiction is here. "Abyss dweller gets answered by Yubel if you don't go first, Silva handlooping your opponent answers yubel 🤌" But the handloop has the same issue if you don't go first as dweller, so there's the contradiction. Your also not seeing the different variants and outcomes, What if you can't complete the hand rip, it's nice to have back up plans like a dweller that surprises in this format and catches them off guard. No doubt the build can be adapted and improved that's why it's not titled "THE BEST DARK WORLD DECK EVER MADE!" as mentioned lists are designed to show variety, do as you wish, adapt to your style, adapt to your budget etc. The middle ground of this build is that it can be adapted for TCG and for Master duel so it provides bases for a wider range of audiences.
