I remember discovering jungle sounds with FaxcoolHD mixes, here we are ten years later. JUNGLE IS MASSIVE!
It's been my favourite genre since 1993-94 when I used to buy the Jungle Massive CD's, Jungle Tekno CDs and anything else I could get my hands on. A particular fave being N-Zo & DJ Invincible Featuring Secret Agent "Jungle Warrior
". But JUNGLE sprang out of the underground scene before then...probably 1991-92. Also Bay B Kane "Bagpipes in Effect". Not sure if technically 'Jungle' though. Both have a 1 bar clean drum break available for sampling if anyones interested.
Anyways, this RAGGA JUNGLE vol 2 is a mainstay on my home and car speakers every day (and I'm 51). LOVE IT.
Thanks for those songs! I'm 21 and I wish I had lived the jungle era, but at least I can listen to it everyday in my house, although my friends dont enjoy it 😂
