The official video just came out 2 days ago. It was aired on Russian tv. PS:Lara Fabian was feeling sick, the night before, during the reasearch she said that to Dmashi and her close friend Igor Krutoy. They wanted to use pre recorded music in order to protect Lara's throat. She said her throat was hurting and she also had fever. But she refused... She rested her voice as much as she could for 18 hours and they did it live. Thanks.

The music is so wonderful and I feel so proud of the 3 performers sharing their gift with each other. And, please watch Dimash smile ever so slightly to Lara when they began singing to each other. Such a beautiful trio! It’s hard to believe, but Lara was actually unwell then (she had to cancel performances the following week) and Dimash seemed quite protective towards her - although he must also have been thrilled to be singing with one of his idols from childhood!
Yes, she had come down with some form of labyrintitis (vertigo and balance issues due to an inflammation of the inner ear, even possibly Meniere's disease, according to her own message), and was probably not feeling at her best already. Comes to show what a trooper she is that she was able to get through this performance and do so in such brilliance, even though she wasn't in peak shape. Hats off to all three of them!!
Yes Lara was not well for a few days with inner ear problem. She had an accident a few years ago when a large electric jolt was sent through her headphones and knocked her down. Suffering with ear problems off and on now.

Igor Krutoy wrote this song. It was first performed in 2014 by Sumi Jo, from Korea(?), in place of Aida, and Dmitri Khvorostovski in place of Dimash. Lara sang in that performance too. Dmitri died a year ago in 2017 of cancer at a young age, and this concert in part was also a tribute to Dmitri, much loved in Russia. Hence this performance.

This trio is so sublime!!! This concert took place Nov 3rd this year. And the setting is at an ice place with famous skaters and famous singers - Also appearing at this concert was Andrea Bocelli! Had been praying for Dimash to sing Opera as he was trained in opera. His Baritone is so gorgeous and their Harmonies are heavenly!!! Lara, even though she was unwell, sang a total of 3-4 songs at that concert...And Andrea sang a duet with Lara and Aida if i remember right... Dimash got to sing backstage unofficially Besame mucho... So Dimash had his childhood dreams of singing with Lara and Andrea come true! You have to react to the opening of the concert with Dimash singing Olympico/Ogni Pietra floating on an UFO like platform floating above the Rink, and transitioning to a duet with Aida singing Ulysse - written also by Krutoy! I have heard others whisper so many other adjectives including "stunning" and "Wow!", but in my mind I have always uttered the words "perfect and special". It was nice to hear you utter the word special as well. My heart was pierced.
there are other versions where the sound is better, this is a fancam. I love it though that Dimash was able to sing with his idol Lara and how sweetly he touches her back and looks at her. He is so thrilled to be singing with her. Aida is wonderful and love her voice. The harmonies are perfect with them all. Lara is a little drown out in the end and Dimash held his mic away so that he wouldn't be louder than the ladies. It was heavenly. If you search around you will find the other version where the camera is facing them straight on and the sound is better. There is also one with English subtitles. I also love that the conductor and Igor were playing in making the singers hold that note so long at the end. They were smiling and giving each other the eye, teasing

This is so gorgeous, the voices, the melody, the harmonies, the music, it's just breathtaking. It makes me feel like I do when Lara sings "Llora". Heart wrenching yet like I'm soaring. Please please do Lara's "Llora" (live Kremlin 2014, w/ Igor who co-wrote it w/ Lara). You will love it, I promise! And you will make all of us who keep begging vocal coaches to do it VERY happy! Hello Christi, as always a very well-founded and beautiful to look at reaction. A little tip - the glasses disturb your beautiful eyes by the reflections of the headlights. It would be nice if you would work more with indirect light here. To the video - all 3 singers come from the long tradition of the Russian voices - you notice this very strongly and they all enjoyed an extraordinarily good education. They perform at such a high level that it is a pleasure to listen. Each voice is an euphony in itself - together you can't save yourself from goose bumps anymore. Dimash understands extremely well not to dominate the two ladies - it would certainly be easy for him - but he proves his whole class by taking a step back and making the two singers shine. All in all a wonderful performance... And yes - I'm not only at home in metal, I also like to listen to classical music.
You know that Lara is Belgian/ Canadian don't you? She has no particular tradition, and certainly not opera ( although she has sung some operatic songs). Her only "tradition" is being a member of a very small club (including Aida and Dimash) in the world, of technically perfect, powerful and sensitive vocalists. That is why Dimash followed her during his formative years.
@@frankbirch3877 ok, I wasn't aware of that - but nevertheless - all 3 singers have wonderful voices - and it doesn't really matter where they come from. Music is international and has so far been more connected than separated. This is (in this case) a wonderful example.

Have a listen to a few songs of Hiba Tawaji, a Lebanese singer, including her renditions of Avec le Temps and Ne Me Quitte Pas. Also look at Christine of Christine and the Queens, who really impressed me on first watching. They are really talented and expressive performers. Diana Ankudinova, another one, is now being discovered by the world. Cheers!

If you just discovered this now you may not have seen the latest opera hit 'Ogni Pietra' composed by Igor for Dimash's vocal range. It is superb and won song of the year award in Russia just two days ago with Dimash taking best classical vocalist award. he sings it at the ceremony too. It's on UA-cam with english subs.

Давайте попробуем деконструировать, откровенно говоря, совершенство. У нас есть три прекрасных певца-исполнителя. (Мы) наслаждались этим невероятным божественным мюзиклом вместе. И я люблю, как они уважают друг друга, они (во время пения) прокладывали путь (помогали) друг другу. Это приятно видеть. Между тремя эго (индивидуальностями это трудно сделать). Но (было видно, что) все они просто рады были быть там (на сцене вместе), они делают (все друг для друга, чтобы показать величие каждого). Это просто так мило, действительно красиво. У меня, честно говоря, нет слов - хотела бы сказать что-нибудь еще, что Димаш просто потрясающий, особенный, (способный) улучшить совершенство. Hello Christi, as always a very well-founded and beautiful to look at reaction. A little tip - the glasses disturb your beautiful eyes by the reflections of the headlights. It would be nice if you would work more with indirect light here.
To the video - all 3 singers come from the long tradition of the Russian voices - you notice this very strongly and they all enjoyed an extraordinarily good education. They perform at such a high level that it is a pleasure to listen. Each voice is an euphony in itself - together you can't save yourself from goose bumps anymore. Dimash understands extremely well not to dominate the two ladies - it would certainly be easy for him - but he proves his whole class by taking a step back and making the two singers shine. All in all a wonderful performance... And yes - I'm not only at home in metal, I also like to listen to classical music.
You know that Lara is Belgian/ Canadian don't you? She has no particular tradition, and certainly not opera ( although she has sung some operatic songs). Her only "tradition" is being a member of a very small club (including Aida and Dimash) in the world, of technically perfect, powerful and sensitive vocalists. That is why Dimash followed her during his formative years.
@@frankbirch3877 ok, I wasn't aware of that - but nevertheless - all 3 singers have wonderful voices - and it doesn't really matter where they come from. Music is international and has so far been more connected than separated. This is (in this case) a wonderful example.
@@rolfschonmuller8484 I agree whole-heartedly with you. The world is a very big place. Occasionally I hear present or future club members. Have a listen to a few songs of Hiba Tawaji, a Lebanese singer, including her renditions of Avec le Temps and Ne Me Quitte Pas. Also look at Christine of Christine and the Queens, who really impressed me on first watching. They are really talented and expressive performers. Diana Ankudinova, another one, is now being discovered by the world. Cheers!

Always look forward to your take. The harmonies were all the more glorious for their lightness. Its as if Dimash's voice provided this sonorous backdrop that couched the beautiful soprano ranges of his lovely ladies. BTW the date format is not to be read like in America; 03/11/2019 is actually the 3rd day, of the eleventh month. So its November 3 2019 not March 11. Again; thanks for your enjoyable reaction.

If you just discovered this now you may not have seen the latest opera hit 'Ogni Pietra' composed by Igor for Dimash's vocal range. It is superb and won song of the year award in Russia just two days ago with Dimash taking best classical vocalist award. he sings it at the ceremony too. It's on UA-cam with english subs.
