I misspoke on the date of this divine performance. It happened on the 3rd of NOVEMBER of 2019. Thanks for so gently and kindly alerting me to my very American mix up of reading the European date incorrectly. You guys are literally THE BEST and I love you so very much. Mwah! 😘
The official video just came out 2 days ago. It was aired on Russian tv. PS:Lara Fabian was feeling sick, the night before, during the reasearch she said that to Dmashi and her close friend Igor Krutoy. They wanted to use pre recorded music in order to protect Lara's throat. She said her throat was hurting and she also had fever. But she refused... She rested her voice as much as she could for 18 hours and they did it live. Thanks.
Great performance by Dimash, Lara and Aida. They are amongst the best singers in the world.
Christi, this beautiful moment was a pure definition for the term TEARS OF JOY. I will watch this "forever". The music is so wonderful and I feel so proud of the 3 performers sharing their gift with each other. And, please watch Dimash smile ever so slightly to Lara when they began singing to each other. Finally, seeing Aida was a joy unto itself.

This is so gorgeous, the voices, the melody, the harmonies, the music, it's just breathtaking. It makes me feel like I do when Lara sings "Llora". Heart wrenching yet like I'm soaring. Please please do Lara's "Llora" (live Kremlin 2014, w/ Igor who co-wrote it w/ Lara). You will love it, I promise! And you will make all of us who keep begging vocal coaches to do it VERY happy! Just like this performance, I invariably forget to breathe.
You didn't watch the right video. This was Igor 65th Birthday Gala. The ice skaters are Olympic medalist.
Aida is a member of the Vienna Opera, so yeah, she has a great voice!

Aida Garifulina - leading female soprano of Vienna Opera Grand Theatre,
Igor Krutoy wrote this song. It was first performed in 2014 by Sumi Jo, from Korea(?), in place of Aida, and Dmitri Khvorostovski in place of Dimash. Lara sang in that performance too. Dmitri died a year ago in 2017 of cancer at a young age, and this concert in part was also a tribute to Dmitri, much loved in Russia. Hence this performance.

This trio is so sublime!!! This concert took place Nov 3rd this year. And the setting is at an ice place with famous skaters and famous singers - Also appearing at this concert was Andrea Bocelli! Had been praying for Dimash to sing Opera as he was trained in opera. His Baritone is so gorgeous and their Harmonies are heavenly!!! Lara, even though she was unwell, sang a total of 3-4 songs at that concert...And Andrea sang a duet with Lara and Aida if i remember right... Dimash got to sing backstage unofficially Besame mucho... So Dimash had his childhood dreams of singing with Lara and Andrea come true!

there are other versions where the sound is better, this is a fancam. I love it though that Dimash was able to sing with his idol Lara and how sweetly he touches her back and looks at her. He is so thrilled to be singing with her. Aida is wonderful and love her voice. The harmonies are perfect with them all. Lara is a little drown out in the end and Dimash held his mic away so that he wouldn't be louder than the ladies. It was heavenly. If you search around you will find the other version where the camera is facing them straight on and the sound is better. There is also one with English subtitles. I also love that the conductor and Igor were playing in making the singers hold that note so long at the end. They were smiling and giving each other the eye, teasing
Lara's voice is so gentle, so beautiful.
