Divide the tracks into two separate left and right tracks. Then fade in one track, and fade out the other and your sound/music will travel from one ear to the other (left to right or whatever).
From the manual "The Scrub Ruler is off and not displayed by default in Audacity. You can enable it in Interface Preferences by selecting Show Scrub Ruler in the Timeline section."

Hi I had been scammed by a agent for my company utility bills,had few calls from scammer and he cut and paste my sound some of each calls and used as a one call and made contract for 3 years,how can I proofe it I had been sent that conversation as a proof of contract need profational s help to crack spam
may sound strange but how can i add vinyl scratches to a tune through audacity, im a Radio DJ and i do a Vintage Vinyl feature, but im running out of scratched tunes to use, can anybody help ?

You forgot the effect that makes it so it at least matches the volume of the music to your voice...
