It's a good thing enemies can't lunge and seize on the same turn! So could you explain why AI in these castle defense sometimes attacks you where as other times it completely ignores your units?
Castle invasion AI causes the enemies to prioritize destroying the nearest bonus building. If they have no route to a bonus building, or if they have no attack targets, they beeline to the throne, which you can't block off from them. This is why all enemy groups either beeline to the throne or try to attack one of the ally groups; Jarvis has almost completely sealed off the castle's bonus buildings behind indestructible features that the enemies can't travel through, like the mine. This is also why the Nestrian style was chosen; it provides chokepoints to funnel enemies through, and it also makes it impossible for any of them to waltz over to the throne. Mone of the enemies can fly!

somehow never thought of using the unbreakable buildings as a wall to siege fire the boss!
