Sunbeam Alpine & Tiger: Repairing corroded door bottoms.

This video is about how to repair corroded door bottoms on Sunbeam Alpines and Tigers. (There is a separate video that covers repairing corroded door fronts). We make no claims to be expert welders and have no doubt that professional shops will do this job differently. This video simply records how we do this and it works well for us and has done so for many years. We use only basic tools that most home mechanics are likely to have already. Some of the Alpine door bottoms that we have repaired in this way are now approaching 20 years of regular use and have not needed further attention.
