Full of admiration for the way that you stay calm and deal with whatever happens. Bravo. I always enjoy your updates. I am looking forward to seeing your UK stuff. As the video progresses it is also clear that you are much more comfortable on unpaved road than you were at the start :-) . on a totally different note, ther seems to be an increasing number of videos where people on trips are having their bikes stolen. I hope you have some security.
@@travelwithevora so sorry to hear that. Maybe next time. If you need any guidance my informal group of motorcycle friends - that shared many miles together for over 20 y (Raids da Malta) will be happy to help. Just let us know.
Sabres fort is a remarkable place and went there 3 years ago when on holiday. Was really windy and overcast so you were lucky in the sunshine 😀 keep up with the vids, really enjoying your travel log. Are you coming to us in the UK soon?
@@kevinwebb5957 thank you 😊 yes, there was almost no wind 😃 I was in the UK from 21.07 to 13.08 :) it was a bit too late and too short so I have to come back 😅😅 to see more puffins 🐧 and a bit more of the country.
Love the walk around visits you come across. Have you watched Long Way Round, with Ewan McGregor & Charlie Boorman? A tv series where they go around the world on motorcycles! Hey from Wales!
As you said..WOW !! Beautiful scenery....blue skies..and as a traveller..next week maybe green scenery.. then the following week..cold weather..and mountains You will have gained so much pleasure and experiences on you ride Becoming better off road....BIG heavy bikes not the perfect machine..and everyone always takes too much gear and luggage..lol Question ❓.. would you rethink...is it better and safer as a young lady..to book ahead for accommodation.. rather than HOPE something is available, especially late in the evening? Take care..
@@andrewewan624 :) true I would say it depends on the country. I've struggled with accommodation a few times but more because of the price than the availability. The more expensive the country, the more difficult it becomes. But also - the more unsafe the country the more difficult :) there are many factors. I think I had to book my most expensive accommodation in Ireland because I didn't find anything. The UK and Ireland were actually difficult because I was often told that everything was fully booked - and there was rarely a manned reception desk. In Norway (where I am now) I also tend to book in advance as it is very expensive. But that's why I had to drive until late at night because it simply took longer... there is no right or wrong solution, you have to judge that when you've been in the country for a few days.
Welcome to my country. Do you know Evora is the name of a town in Alentejo? If you are doing the coast, you are far (relatively , of course) from that beautiful town.
Very good content! If at any time you visit Extremadura, we offer you a place where you can stay the night, check the motorcycle and enjoy our land, it is a pleasure to receive nomads.
