That anxiety= extra energy of God for deal with that situation you can feel it on stage while talking to public
Fear=alertness you can feel it while crossing the road
And doubt is = just a question
And this three components anxiety fear and doubt live together like close friends
For zero thoughts you can practice for count your thoughts on primary stage
Than count thoughts word on secondary stage then count the alfabat of thoughts on final stag and feel the time taken for next alphabet that blank thought is vichar shunyata.
Words, numbers,circumtanses,sounds, picture and designs are not made by God to disturb our mind this are for help in better understanding only and it is true work of our brain to solve problems.

.i want to convey that i having chest pain especially in the evening or when I get strees since 7 months and even shoulder pain In left and arm too i have done 15 ECG ,2 echo and 1 tmt and all are normal.
