I feel if you are making a comment weather positive or negative you should put you picture with it. Otherwise you could be a competitor etc. Ms. Hall below thinks the furniture is cheap. I believe GL Homes started in Miami. I'm guessing the designer is from there and uses some of their experience to design the models. The furniture in your home doesn't have to match the models. A furnished home sells more easily than an empty one. I'm guessing 95% of the buyers are happy with the fit, feel, texture, and homeyness of the models. As a realtor in Naples with Keller Williams I felt the models at Valencia Bonita were very appealing! Good Day to All..

I am a Bostonian and an "English School" decorator (think Chippendale, Hepplewhite, rich colors, Ralph Lauren plaids, oil paintings). The next generation is all about greys and whites and more modern furnishing. Although I would decorate mine differently I can appreciate the models' staging. Not fond of the light fixtures etc., but the overall feeling as one went through the homes, I thought was a very positive, and modern sight. Job well done I'd say.

The floor plans and staging are a huge turn off to me. Gaudy and cheap features ! WOW, was expecting better. Sorry...
