You have created a homey, very cute home. You're so talented. I'm so sorry for your losses of your loved ones. Your loved ones would appreciate your ability to go forward and live life. You are such a sweet person. Oh, maybe u could find a deep bottom for the shower that could be used as a tub. Oh, u could also add a small porch with a covering that extends over the gray area of your front door.
Love her attitude! For her it works! And when she gets her plot of land, she’ll have more options. I wish her many years of growth and success with her business, and the eventual renovations she’d like to do. It’s awesome to see she has neighbors too! Anyone would be blessed to be in her company!

I like her expression "this house is like a hug". It's her healing place. I love how she still has a sense of humour after everything she's been through. I like the computer/craft area. Oh Carol I just want to say how much I admire you. I also can relate as I also survived a fire to my condo. Was started by a neighbor. I did not loose everything like you but was out of there a year while insurance was resolved & it was rebuilt. Love your doggie. Am also an animal lover but have a cat. Wish you much success & many more journeys. Hope you bring us up to date on how you are doing. Take care. ♥️
Thank you for sharing, Carol. Without telling my story-just want to share that I have experienced loss and have moved on and started over recently. You have inspired me So much. Bless you!
Love your tiny home. The one thing I have learned about loss is that you believe & know in your deepest soul, that there is God. You know that your son has the reward that we work for our whole lives. The guarantee is that in the blink of an eye, you will see your son again. Your calm is infectious. Good luck in all you strive for. Fulfillment is just around the corner, in God's time.

You are amazing - a survivor of so much tragedy - sending the biggest hug! I found your video by accident. My husband and I have travelled extensively by sailboat and RV...we know small spaces and love them. I wish I was your neighbour - such a lovely home! I too love dogs and plants and all animals. Wishing you all the best in your endeavours - you are an inspiration. Namaste.
What a beautiful woman! I am incredibly moved by how she has created a new and vibrant chapter in her life after the previous one gave her so much dispear. I hope she will have a wonderful life
Your tiny hug has a warm inviting feel to it. Wonderful setting .ps: every houses should have a clothes line , either in or out, or both. Great wonderful energy saver.
We were way too poor to use our dryer. Mom hung everything up on three lines in the unfinished, freezing cold basement that scared the crap out of us. Who knew we were "trend setters?"
@@purselmer5931 I grew up in a bungalow with a full basement that had a laundry room, a cellar, and a bar. A door led from the outside to an addition upstairs as well as the basement. Scared me because I imagined someone could have come in and hid anywhere. I would run the long stairs to the 1st floor. I think such basements would still creep me out at 60. Now I live in a split level. No outside entry downstairs; no fear.
@@carolg.6838 OMG, that is so funny. I neglected to say that there was a "slide lock" thingy on the kitchen door leading to the basement too. As a kid I always assumed my mom was locking some terrible monster down there. (At 53 I now know it was so we kids couldn't open the door and fall down the stairs.) Your situation sounds scary too! Now I too live in a split level! I made sure, though, that the windows on the den "bottom" floor were at the regular height - not high up near the ceiling - so it wouldn't have that basement feel.
@@purselmer5931 Yes, the door was by the kitchen and I bet it had a lock or chain. I think it would have felt better if the basement wasn't subdivided. As a young child I dreamt of "invisible men" down there. Two bedrooms were built on a second floor. Our closets were open to storage as the walls slanted. I dreamt of astronauts in space suits coming out if there. The neighborhood did become unsafe in later childhood and we moved when I was 14. We had a phrase in the family, "If I'm not back in 5 minutes, call the National Guard." I still say that. Don't know how that saying got started. Before I was born and my older sisters were babies, my dad was at work and there had been break ins in the area. In an attempt to protect her children, my mom went to the basement with a butcher knife. Fortunately she didn't confront anyone!
Carol, you are such an inspiration, despite all that life has thrown at you. Had it not been for your peaceful demeanor and quiet spirit, I would have been in tears. I managed to smile as I listened to your gentle voice. I hate when tragedies befall anyone. Something must and will occur, else we aren't human, but I am happy to have watched your video and I sincerely pray that only beauty and a wonderful life are yours from here on. Thank you for your peace and be happy! I love the home you have built and admire your style. Whatever improvement you carry out, I feel sure it will be equally as lovely. Be blessed!
What a beautiful and peaceful home. And a beautiful Lady. I watch as many tiny house videos as I can without sitting on my hind end all day, this is the first home I love!! Unpretentious with a Fairy like quality to it. I dream of my own tiny home, it would be similar to Carol's. Bless her for all she's been through.
She appears to live in a tiny house community. So with a bit of research you could find out for yourself the information you are seeking. I'm not being facetious. Generally when videos about tiny homes are posted they don't go into the cost, rental space or pricing. It's more about the aesthetics. They figure that if you're interested in living the tiny home experience, you would just research the information yourself like a normal person.
Carol live in "Tiny Tranquility" in Waldport, Oregon. The space fees are around $500 per month. I don't know what utilities are included, though. I live 6 miles north of there.
You are an amazing lady! I would love to hang out with you. I went through severe loss the past three years also. Lost my dad in 2016, my little dog a little Pomeranian in 2019 and the end of 2019th on December 18 I lost the love of my life. My husband. You made such a Delightful home. I currently live inside a garage. I fix it up as best I can but I really would like a tiny house myself. It makes me nervous to try to find a place to park it though. Thanks for the inspiration. much love 💕
Sorry for your losses. Hope the garage has what you need to call home with your own touches. Does the garage have sufficient lighting? I have seasonal affective disorder and lighting is so important to ward off depression.

@Dandy Lion ... Thank you for your optimism. So sorry for the loss of your beloved son, but oh the sheer joy you will experience when you see and hug him again! I'm disabled, homeless, and battling cancer too -- which makes me closer to being reunited with my beloved mom. May God comfort you until you and your dear son meet again.💖
Carmen M. Im so sorry to hear you are going through such a bad time. Sending you love❤️and healing 🙌🏻 xx

Thank you for sharing your story and Tiny Home. Wishing you every happiness ❤
What a gorgeous home and what a wonderful woman! Such a loving spirit!
What a precious soul Carol is & a true survivor in every respect; what an inspiration! 🤗
How are you doing 😊😊👋☺️
She’s cute, and her house is equally adorable. God bless her x
God bless you 🙏. You are so inspiring and I love your tiny home.❤
Thank you Carol for sharing of yourself especially after such tragedy and loss. You have no idea how inspiring you are and how humbled and thankful I am to of come across your video. You see I too lost everything in a wildfire and while i did get out unhurt and w/my beloved cat (who passed this summer almost a year to the day of the fire) I did not suffer the losses you did. I wouldn't even presume to say I know how you feel because I don't, but I do know loss and can sympathize w/you. Again thank you for showing us your darling home. You truly are an inspiration and I thank you from the bottom of my heart
Carol's sweet spirit and her astounding survival instincts are so amazing and inspiring! May God protect her as she finds her way alone in this new life she has created for herself. Mahalo and aloha:)
Brave lady💕great story
OMG super cute! She definitely put a lot of love and soul in to her space. One of the best homes I’ve seen. So gorgeous! Great job!
Would love to talk to this sweet lady. I lost everything as well a few times. Had a rough go... it's my dream to have a tiny home. The small things matter to me just like her. So this made me smile to see her win and have a better life. Kindred spirit. 💖
I literally just cried reading the description of this video ! Such a strong women to have gone through all that I know I would not have made it
So sorry for your loss Carol! Your home is adorable. You’re an inspiration ❤❤
It’s darling Carol. I love how you incorporated the plants and so much charm inside and out. Yes, start your blog, so many of us love miniatures and you will have a great following. Thank you for sharing your tiny home!
I love the tiny home space you have created for yourself. It's bright and beautiful and I hope you will be blessed and joyful there.
What a lovely lady. I am so happy for her and her adorable tiny home. Wishing her many many years of peace and happiness in her tiny home.
Huge ❤ Carol.
❤️❤️❤️ She is full of love and gratitude! I just want to hug her 🥰
Carol ~ What an amazing, beautiful home you have ~~ I simply "Love It" Then when you showed your Loft upstairs ~~ Oh My Goodness Just perfect You said you can hear the ocean too ( Sigh ) WoW I would make a pair of stairs that are user friendly so your sweet Golden Retriever could join you. Nice cuddle with your sweet girl
It is a perfect "retreat" So happy for you now. You do have my condolences for everything that you have lost in the fire. Keep your "Son" and your "Pets" forever in your Heart & Mind and may they forever smile down upon you as you gently move forward. Blessings & Happiness to You Carol ~~ DD
I love the way she has made it so cozy and cute a very sweet and positive lady: I wish you well God Bless you! ❤️
Carol is awesome! She has so much strength and grace.
What an absolutely beautiful home💕 I'm so happy for her that she has such a wonderful home after the sadness she has experienced.
I like her expression "this house is like a hug". It's her healing place. I love how she still has a sense of humour after everything she's been through. I like the computer/craft area. I would want a larger fridge and a bath tub. Living tiny probably does make you more mindful of everything in life....what truly makes you happy.
Sweet lady, she's been thru so much, love the outside of her tiny, plants are great !
This is by far the nicest tiny house I've seen. It's her, her colors, which are charming. And all the decor with her personal touches and memories. Live well Carol. :)
Carol, I'm in awe of your attitude especially after so much loss. LOVE your tiny home. It's gorgeous.
Without telling my story-just want to share that I have experienced loss and have moved on
and started over recently. You have inspired me
So much. Bless you!

JustBeREAL thank you so much! ❤️
Fulfillment is just around the corner, in God's time.
this is so inspiring. when we are nagging about minor things we should remember some people went through hell. The house is adorable and so is she. ❤️
What a lovely, lovely person. To have been through so much and press on with such a positive spirit is truly awe inspiring. I could only hope to be a strong as she is. You are an inspiration to us all, Carol.
So many losses but you have found peace. Love your house. Bless you 🙏🏻
Dear Carol, thank you for sharing your cute, wonderful, brave, loving, HUMONGOUS HEART with us!!! I understand you. You are a BIG BLESSING, little girl!!! Thank Jesus for you and many hugs 🤗

My Condolences
Love your heart, I'm so sorry you had to endure such loss. It's unfathomable. I pray God fills you with peace that surpasses all understanding. You are beautiful, strong and truly amazing 💝
Namaste.
Carol you're amazing and I hope I can be just as positive when I need it. Beautiful home.
What a beautiful woman! I am incredibly moved by how she has created a new and vibrant chapter in her life after the previous one gave her so much dispear. I hope she will have a wonderful life
I'm so sorry for all your losses Carol. Thank you for your spirit in living, and in sharing. Your home is beautiful!
Your not alone. Lovely lil comfy home you've made. I treasure many little things now and surround myself with them too.
Hello how are you doing 😊😊👋😊☺️
@@carolg.6838 wow, glad you eventually got out of there. My neighborhood did the opposite and my mom sold the house for a bundle, lol.
Be blessed!
I like how she wants to change it. I think it’s cute as it is currently set up.
What a talented interesting lady she is.
I wish there was more information provided on your videos on cost of build and the parking space.
@@annnicholson5553 Thank you! 🎁I kept scrolling and scrolling looking for this. I wish this channel included that info on a regular.
Carol,
After watching your story I absolutely just want to give you a huge cute chicken coop! You are a true inspiration!
What an absolutely lovely beautiful STRONG woman who personifies resilience and gratitude for what remains. She has warmth and ingenuity with intelligence, compassion and talent. So sorry for all her losses. She’s inspiring and her story and her home are very cute and sweet and incredible!!! Thank you for sharing!
So beautiful in every way. Glad she has found some peace after such heartache. Blessings to you kindred heart. 😘
You are such an endearing, inspirational woman who has been through so much loss and yet you've held your chin up and carried on in life. I am so happy for you that you are finding a new life. You're so creative and your home is absolutely beautiful Carol. I too love tiny things and dolls are still my treasures. I thought that you could place a bathtub where that corner you wanted to transform. Somehow cover tub with a seat but slide out and drop down when you want a tub. Your'e very positive and such a sweet lady.
I wish if I could meet her and hug her, she seems so similar to my mom, love you! 😘
You are truly an inspiration. Hugs and prayers for you.
Lovely lady. Beautiful, courageous, strong outlook. Wonderful home. INSPIRING!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!
That's adorable Carol! Tiny house living is such a great, inexpensive way to go. I've been full time RV-ing for a year now and it's a perfect way to live. I love your decorating style. And you nailed it when you said how it simplifies your life. Keep on enjoying.
