You totally got me into actual irish folk music. And others too. To the point where I made an 8 hours road trip to NH, USA just to see Lankum with some friends. Somewhere in the show Radie Peat mentions Lisa O'neill and she gets a few but loud applauses - and clearly all of this was because we heard their music through your incredible videos here on YT. Recently I saw a poster for an irish folk festival where you happened to play and I recognised a good dozen of names. So yeah, your videos are always beautiful, but your work goes far beyond that. Thank you for a wonderful musical journey.
I must say that having been a subscriber since Tegan and Sara in the bookstore....never have I been disappointed in the content or the absolute mastery of image in these videos...only wishing of course that there were many more...
