It is not legal to fish the dam, this guide should loose his licence, because of people like him we get more and more restrictions on Ebro River. Just because you are in a different country you can not do what ever you want. Boat distance 500 meter from dam in all Spain. You got a great thumbnail. people watching your vid going to the dam and getting police ticket of 500 bucks
