When Columbia landed in NM, my husband was the only person who got to go on board, to clear the fuels & oxidizers from it. He got some awesome pictures. NASA took family members by bus out to see it (the landing strip was quite a few miles from a main road). We got to see it loaded on the 747 & take off for FL.
Jah has such a sweet face. What a trooper he is in not having separation anxiety like my precious little chihuahua had just by leaving her to do my errands. RIP my little Candiss❣ Thank you Jah for easing my pain and loss. ❤🙏🐾🌟
Before I bought my home here in South Florida I lived in a new apartment about a Mile in from the beach. If I stepped outside of my front door and looked north I could see the space shuttle , very clearly, take off. Florida is so flat that nothing blocked the view between here and the cape. Very interesting vlog, Jordan. Breck must have been in his glory. Awww, Jah looks sad.
When they moved the Endeavor shuttle, it flew right over my house. It felt so surreal like I could almost touch it. I’m just sorry I didn’t have my cell in my hand to take a picture. It was a moment in time. We later went to the California Science museum to see it in person. Thanks for taking us there again with Breck. Much appreciated. 🙏🏻❤️🚀
The shuttle Atlantis is at Kennedy Space Center. They have the cargo doors open up and the shuttle at an angle so you can easily see the inside. The rocket displays and other memorabilia easily is far larger, plus you get to see real launchpads. Well worth the trip if you are into it.
So many interesting topics you cover. Always look forward to see what you film next! The museum was very informative. Enjoyed seeing the Shuttle. I really liked the holographic blue tile and the interactive exhibits. Little Jah knew you were leaving him again. But, he’ll be so excited to see you when you get back. It’s wonderful that you have a friend like Breck! Looking forward to your next journey!
Great vlog today Jordan. I grew up during the great space race in the '60's. It was great to see where the last space shuttle ended up. Your lucky to have a good friend like Breck. Can't wait to see what our next adventure is! Take care.
I love how different your vlogs are. Seeing how happy Breck was being there made me smile. This is a place I would love to visit!! Can't wait where we go next!
Went to L.A about a year and a half ago and saw the Space shuttle. It was excellent. Could not believe how small the door is to enter the shuttle for the astronauts. Well worth the trip.
I'm 80 years old so I lived through these events. I remember Ham and will never forget the Challenger explosion! Lived in Texas when the Columbia fell apart. The explosion sounded like a freight train collision. The smoke streak was just to the south of where I lived. Bits and parts were seen falling from the streak of white smoke.
My uncle Dan worked on the endeavor placing tiles on this spacecraft! Thanks for sharing this with me ive never seen her up close but watched most of the space history through Walter Chronkite on CBS. I was enthralled then as i am now. Thanks
In 1986 I saw the smoke cloud just after the Challenger exploded. It was a sad day. I watched the endeavor take off once. It was like nothing that I can explain. Enormous power. I really liked the simulator. Good camera work on that. Another great vlog from the Lion man. 🦁
I was in Palmdale to watch the Endeavour flyover tribute to its birthplace before it made its way to Los Angeles. Very moving experience. Many of my family and friends worked at NASA or in other aerospace positions. If you are interested, there is a really cool museum in Palmdale with retired aircraft including the SR71, shuttle simulator and much more. When I was there, a retired pilot was doing a Q and A. Look up Blackbird Airpark.
Hi Jordan. Happy New Year!! I got to see the plane piggy-backing the Endeavor to the space museum, while visiting my Mother in the hospital, at UCI. A friend works for NASA in Florida, wrote me and told me they would be doing that, and when, so I’d be able to see it. The pilot flew past my my Mom’s window.he then stopped it right outside our window. I could see the pilot. He saluted me and held that plane there, but all of my cameras died right then, so I had to have a nurse snap a pic of it on the other side of the hospital and send it to me. It was such an awesome experience. The whole hospital was going crazy with excitement. So cool you got to see it here. Thank God it’s still intact for display. It is an experience you’ll never forget. Wow, would he and my Dad have a lot to talk about. My dad was an engineer for. North American Rockwell, in the Autonetics Division, in Anaheim. This was awesome!!
This vlog was very cool. I'm old enough to remember the original shuttle launch back in 1981 and the tragic Challenger explosion. They are definitely mechanical marvels. Another great one, Jordan.
Wow that was cool. I've been to Kennedy Space centre twice, so know how fascinating it is to see space items in person. Thanks for the journey with you and Breck.
Awesome look at the US Space Program Jordan. I was in the 6th grade, and saw the Space Shuttle Challenger explode live from our school in Central FL. We saw the explosion, and went back in to watch the TV to discover what happened. We are not for from Cape Kennedy, and witnessed a lot of launches, I am sure including Endeavor. The return was always followed with the reentry "boom". We all in CEntral knew what that was. Great vlog with Breck! . Really enjoyed it! Have you ever watched the 80's movie "Space Camp"? I am with Breck, I always wanted to fly in the shuttle because of that movie as a kid.
My understanding was they were trying to acquire a couple of the solid boosters to go with that external tank so they could display it in launch configuration. I think that is the only external tank left in existance. The spots on the bottom of that tank where the insulation was cut off was done for testing purposes after the Challenger explosion.
Ty for doing this vlog and Breck sharing all his pictures! I say Thank you to everyone that has ever went on a space mission, I honestly couldn't of ever. I have claustrophobia!! lol just seeing some of those places...But the hero's you vlogged are awesome and thank you for their recognition!
I am so geeked out on this vlog, the astronauts are my heroes, that museum is awe inspiring. When you showed the shuttle it made me tear up a little, how proud you must be, America is amazing. Sorry for the gush but what you have achieved is truly remarkable and humbling, I love America for giving the world the space program. No one can take that monumental achievement from you.
Hi Jordan, nice to see Breck again. Those holographic tiles were AWESOME, I'd love something like that in my house!! That Mission Control Deck looked brilliant, just a pity you could not sit behind it. I also expected Endeavour to be bigger for some reason! Great vlog again Jordan.
Great vlog as always. I was out there last February visiting my aunt and we went and saw the endeavour. The capsules at the beginning of your vlog weren't even up yet they were just starting to put them.
Aah man I love the Sciencenter! I like to visit every time I'm in LA and go see the Endeavour. I have videos of it on my channel too! Its arrival into LA is almost as fascinating as the shuttle itself.
So very cool!!! My uncle is a retired nuclear physicist from NASA. Fantastic vlog. Loved it. Jah is such a little lovebug🤗. 40,000 subscribers now...yeah🎉🎉🎈. Fabulous and Congratulations Jordan!!!! Much love to you and Jah ❤❤❤❤❤
OH WOW COOL! We hit 40K. Awesome job Jordan. I have a question. Did Breck walk up to the museum? or did he run up like a kid would? LOL. What a fun day you guys had. A lot of great stuff to see and ride on. I think Breck had a great time and he's going to have fun with looking after Jah. They're best buddies. Thank you for bringing us to this exciting, interesting museum. I can't wait to see where we're going to next. I know not ask. LOL. Safe travels and take care.
Great vlog, never knew the Endeavour shuttle 🚀 was named after captain James cooks, Endeavour, James Cook is a local hometown, legend, hero of sorts he was born and schooled only about ten miles from where I'm from in the UK, I never thought ( and I bet he didn't either), think his name would be linked to space travel and glamorous LA, thanks looked a blast
That was beyond cool and Breck looked like he was really enjoying himself laying on that platform, all he needed was a cape and he would look like superman lol. The simulators were interesting especially the last one. Great vlog Jordan and thank you now I'm off for my Doctor appointment. When I get back I'll be watching more vlogs. Peace out for now and Love to you and Jah...
What an interesting place! So much of that equipment I remember seeing on TV. Wow the Endeavour was massive as was that fuel tank! Loved watching the simulators. By the end of the vlog you sounded just as much of a space geek as Breck!! It looked like lots of fun!
What a thoroughly intersting and awesome vlog, Jordan! We went here when they had the Dead Sea Scrolls Exhibit. We will miss Jah, but look forward to new adventures you have planned!
Breck seems like he was in his element. Awesome that he spent time at the Space and Rocket Center in my home town of Huntsville, AL Glad you both had fun! 🦁🎈🦁
I'm confused about why the dog park was just all dirt? Green grass outside it. Very cool... I live right next to NASA & Kennedy Space Ctr in Florida. I can relate!
Shout out to Space Ace. Love the vlog very educational. I got to see the Air and Space Museum the day I planned to go his plan crashed. I was in Alexandria Virginia staying I visited the Smithsonian Institute. Was my point of destination. All I could do is look at the plane and cry. Tunnels all on the lawn of the White House. So many dignitaries came there. I seen Washington DC Cathedral Church. I knew the man that sat up for mass there everyday. I seen saints thumbs, also, Helen Keller's resting place.
Wow! That was cool Jordan! In grade school the teachers would bring their TV sets to class---that was a really big deal--to watch Gemini take off and landings. Now I was just a kid but I always worried about the landings in the ocean that the astronauts would never be found inn the ocean (you know the saying 'the sea is so big and my boat is so small') would really like to see the Science Ctr. Thanks Jordan and Breck!
Hahaha.. Brek is like a kid in a candy store en he's full of surprises. G8 suggestion with the jacket. Let's do it. Poll it see what response we get. I'm down!!
I haven't been there,or anywhere in California. But I have been to the NASA in Houston and seen all the stuff there,it was quit a while ago. I would also like to know what kind of camera you use and so forth. One of my interests is to start my own channel.

Jordan, you hit the nail on the head! You've had many great vlogs, but this is one of your COOLEST!!! Thanks! 🚀
I love Endeavour; I went to KSC to watch Endeavour's last launch. She flew over my house on her way to California. Thank you for posting this video.

To many people are fixated on owning things with their money. You, my friend, have the right idea. Life is about experience.
Cool to see. The Challenger blew up on my 12th Birthday. January 28th 86. Would love to see this. Thank you Jordan and Breck.

Jordan, thanks for your daily vlogs and for something new everyday.
This case another great one.
Huntsville, Al., has the Marshall Space Flight Museum. Also, Werner Von Braun is buried in Huntsville.
Very Cool my friend, I just love space related things. I would probably be right next to Breck nerding out with him.
Wow that was cool. I've been to Kennedy Space centre twice, so know how fascinating it is to see space items in person. Thanks for the journey with you and Breck.

One of your best!!!
I'm NOT trying to sound rude or anything, but one of the original shuttles should have been in Houston (The home of the Johnson Space Center)
I’ve been there. It was awesome
I haven't been there,or anywhere in California. But I have been to the NASA in Houston and seen all the stuff there,it was quit a while ago. I would also like to know what kind of camera you use and so forth. One of my interests is to start my own channel.

@@DazewithJordantheLion Thanks a lot for the quick reply! I will have to check that out.
Ace Frehley is the Space Man :)
Can you just hear Star Trek Motion Picture main title theme ?
Very nice video, but I think Discovery made the most missions.
Wow so love this video thank you
