  • Don't forget to wear work gloves and eye protection!!! A work glove on the other hand that you are using to move the weeds around with is extremely important, This tool could really hurt you!!!
DO NOT Let Children Use This Or Any Other Power Tool!!!
I REALLY like this tool. Thanks for viewing! P.S. I always put the purchase date on my batteries just in case they fail.

I’m getting one to trim around my small plants. A whole house like you’re doing makes my knees sore just watching lol.

Just asked for an update. Bet me a latte we get no response?? The other manufacturers look like all come out of same China factory with color changes made to plastic and branding swaps. Hoping Ryobi is better cuz I own three batteries and One+ tools galore that work fine for my "puttering about". Trying to save the back and knees by getting it done faster buying battery shears. ALL the extension tools (Sun Joe, Scott's, etc) are plastic geared junk and FISKARS 36"manual shear is SO badly designed the "tolerances" FOLD grass NOT cut it ... ALL "China-made" junk, even FISKARS now.

@@katiebea9258 - I do not know about these shears, but Ryobi makes a few of their products in Vietnam. I have the weed trimmer and the attachment for the hedge trimmer - both made in Vietnam. Hopefully quality is better.

@@Everybody317 Yes, some of my R18+ DO have Vietnam as manufacturing country. I DO see Ryobi has a "sheer caddy" as an accessory and am checking into that item. My MAIN point is FISKARS USED to be quality tools with tight tolerances on their tools. The last three years I have had to fight for them to honor their warranty and had to deal with three different tools "out of the box" alignment and "sharpness" issues. Never needed to even approach Fiskars warranty process in prior decades. Still waiting for the video poster to update his review and tell me he is STILL pleased with the item.

Wouldn’t a string trimmer be better for what you’re trying to do?

I don't want to hit the new siding with the string. Thanks for your thought!!

They're are super weak 18v trimmers that don't scratch your siding. About the same price as them scissors and MUCH, MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE‼️

These work great on trimming around my blueberry bushes to get the grass out. Also good for shaping mums for the fall.

So you have had them and used them for a year. How about an HONEST update. They hold up? Broke at three weeks? Had to return them? Still going strong NO ISSUES and blades still sharp and gearing/drive still tight?

Why not just put some rocks by your sidings instead keeps the weed away
