Part 5-all the main cast other than giorno, who is infact not italian by blood.
Part 6-jotaro and jolyne(jolyne is only about one eight Italian, but i consider jotaro part of the main cast of SO so yeah)
Part 7-Gyro Zeppeli(italian, pizza mozzarella man)
Part 8-josuke higashikata/gappy/the gapster(also assumidly only an eighth italian assuming josefumi isnt also part italian, due to kira having the same exact circumstances as jotaro)
Part 9-jodio&dragona(both are quarter italian due to their grandmother being italian)
So other than part 8, every jojo part has someone who is atleast 1/4th italian and in the main cast of characters.

Part 8 still shows alternate Joseph marrying an alternate Suzie Q, so yes, all the Jojos are atleast quarter Italian

Part 3 and 4 are just Jotaro's bizarre adventure.
Part 5 is really interesting because only a little is missing, like king crimson has been skipping bits.
