This is the phase 2 of the external plumbing works that is being done. It shows how you can lay your septic pipes above the ground instead of under the ground if you have certain problems with your land.

I hate to see pipes around a building. I will opt for a new septic tank lower enough to get the required slope and use the old one as water storage

Yeah, you are right about that. In our situation, the only way to walk around it was to dig the septic on a higher ground because the water level beneath the ground is a bit high due to the fact that we've a stream at the back of our rear fence. It's about 10ft away from where the masons are reconstructing the rear fence wall. If we moved it down a little bit, we can only have about 4ft to 5ft depth and that is without the plastering or concrete floor. The plumber has done this type of project before so he was able to get the required slope even though we were working against gravity. You will see how the pipes are later covered in our subsequent videos. Thanks so much for your candid opinion
