Heeeerrr bro never considered any waterproofing membrane within the foundation. Concrete is porous. Waterproof membrane should have been laid down to nine within 😢the foundation floor and walls before the concrete so that there will be no water contact from underneath and sides.

Watching with intrigue. U had to mention several times that it would be easier to remove the water before pouring cement and my mason just ignored u and carried on.Clearly removing the water first makes sense but only after u complained a few times did they attempt to do as u said. It seems u have stubborn workers my friend.

Hiring an excavator wouldn't be much faster than having it done manually ?

I had a similar issue. I built a 6 feet deep, 8inch wide retaining wall with a lot of iron rods. Used 42.5r cement with damp chemicals and membrane plastic at the bottom. You have to mix the cement richly when making the wall. The retaining wall has to go 1 to 1.5 feet above ground. For your section of the wall that broke, use quarry strong blocks. (It cost a lot of money, but I have had no issues and have a peace of mind.) Cover the surrounding holes/spaces around the retaining wall right after finish to prevent water build up, and make two small holes for water to pass through.

It’s not easy to build in a waterlogged, I have to redo my bio digester because it’s filled with water. I have been advised to use concrete only or dump proof chemicals cement or concrete rings, not sure what to do yet.
