    Watching this video reminds me of a recipe i loooveee: it steams leeks, thyme and salmon, removes the salmon once cooked, and adds butter and white wine to make that same kind of melted leek sauce, which goes on top of the salmon. It gives such a delicate but strong and sweet “leeky” flavor which pairs really well with the tender salmon.

    Best steam them so they don't lose nutrition, like most veg.

    its not even Truly steamed. The bottom ones still going to be in water.
