Afghanistans citizens made it super clear when the US was leaving that they don’t need the US and to leave them alone. We’ve done exactly that, now you suddenly want things from the exact countries you told to leave you alone…
I guarantee you there wasn't one female who welcomed the withdrawal of U.S. and allied troops from their country. They knew exactly what would happen and so did I. Expecting the Taliban to uphold their promise to allow girls to go to school was a joke.
I doubt the Afghan girls , wanted the USA to leave. If the Taliban group was Atheist. It would free up a lot of time for peace and equality for women!

What can we do to help the girls and woman of Afghanistan? Everything we can.
Donate to organizations that help individual women/girls to get out of the country. I have and would encourage others who care to do so also. It's not the perfect solution, but it's a start.

I am not an Islamic scholar, but those I have encountered all say that education of women is unnecessary because the only book they are encouraged to seek knowledge from is the Koran.
The International community needs to help American women. No democrat is advocating for an Equal Rights Amendment for women. And certainly no republican is advocating it for it.

No one's asking you to. The UN, however, could do SOMETHING. Maybe they could take time out from blaming Israel for everything.
No one has asked you to do so, but if it bothers you that these women are treated this way, donating to small organizations that are getting women/girls out of there would help. I have and would encourage others that care to do so also. It's not a perfect solution, but it's a start.

Let us know when Afghan women actually rise up and do something to fight for themselves and these rights that they want so badly. They aren't rising up, they haven't risen up, so why should we continue to care about people who do not and will not fight for themselves????
