- Fully Upgraded Level 399 1044HP Audi R8 V10 Plus gameplay for Need For Speed Payback. Showcasing it's overall performance in 3 events, 1 online speedlist race and 1 baitcrate event. Performance/Speed Cards and stats are shown at the start of the video. Played with keyboard and manual transmission.
I included an online race here, as you can see it's quite a mess. Sometimes it's to stay behind and wait for everyone to crash.

Audi R8 V10 Plus Race Spec Performance review:
To me, consistent handling and physics is important when it comes to arcade racing games. In almost all of my previous cars, they have weird handling issues, from the NSX's exit drifting, the Murcielago's tendency to not to drift, to the Regera's ability to do gymnastics. The Audi R8 V10 Plus's handling has the most consistent physics so far next to the 911 Carrera RS.
The handling is responsive and no weird issues. It can handle large drift angles, it's responsive to brake drift and it doesn't do weird things at corner exits. It pretty much will do whatever your input controls tells it to do. It has great overall cornering speed at both low and high speeds with a large enough drift angle yet limited enough to prevent you from drifting too much. It's speed recovery from drifts is a bit weak though and you need to be smooth at exits. Downforce wise it's quite planted, more than the Acura NSX. Despite the weak exits, it's probably the most reliable handling model right after the 911 Carrera RSR.
Unfortunately, despite it's reliable handling and cornering speed, it's acceleration is poor. It's NOS accel is pretty pathetic, as weak as the Acura NSX from my last video and it's engine accel is a bit weaker compared to the NSX too.
How does it compare with 911 RSR and Regera:
5 seconds slower in Mountain Run compared to the 911 RSR but somehow the R8 is lumped with quite a lot of cars in the 1:40 zone. Despite it's good and reliable handling, it simply doesn't have the acceleration to compete with the 911 RSR and Regera.

wait what? Carbon had way better customization with autosculpt and being able to prioritize certain aspects of tuning a car like HP or Torque, RPMs, Tire grips etc

The online races... i wouldn't handle the toxic players very well. You can see here, some just tryed to smash you sometimes. I'm happy you still came up with the first place

basically every racing game online became destruction derby . I really hated the online in driveclub where i got points down because somebody crashed into me . Better stay single player and only be pissed about the amount of trafic that is for some reason always in you way :D

Reminds me of Darius' car from NFS carbon, good game but was too short, Darius was a good antagonist, but Wolf should of been the final boss in my opinion, from the way he dressed with his coat/jacket to his opening music, he looked badass, real mvp in my book, everyone opinion is different tho.

The Nfs carbon menu soundtrack was on another level in my opinion
never thought payback would be like this. the game is same as most wanted when at the end part of the game is like unbelievable physics or reality when racing (including the acceleration of the car, drifting) it even doesn't have any speed decrement when going through footpath or divider, and where does the nitrous get fills when driving?

Carbon was a masterpiece..most old need for speed games were..Those were more realistic like the car sounds how the pistons work,blow off,turbo,nos ect...you can play for hours without getting bored.but This the sounds are so unnatural and i think need for speed sereios have been fallen backwards..Much appreciation for the older games..good old days when waited for the next year counting fingers for the next release

Dude this first time i used it in a speedlist i crushed everyone in the session.... im talking abt 600-700 yards of distance, it just has an awesome handling! Great acceleration, good top speed (i mean, not like the regera but the regera is just out of this world, so is the rsr) i loved it! Like i did to the NSX.... (amazing acceleration, great handling and decent top speed)
Also if anyone needs recommendations on the speed cards, go with full chidori, nothing better than chidori.
