STRONG whistleblower bill could create government jobs by weeding out corrupt people in government. What happened to bribery laws in India? Lokpal, CVC? Panama papers Indians? *Indians should run Indian version of wikileaks to submit all corrupt documents to give access to all Indians.* UNCAC has 350 NGOs who monitor corruption, Submit documents there.
