I agree with feeling squirrelly at the four week mark - ready for new! Especially in phase two I found for some moves I can lift heavier than I realized. The slower pace of this format gives me time to make that decision rather than grabbing what I know just to keep up.

Thanks! I’m in phase 2 now and when I’m realizing is I feel there’s not as much volume in phase 2, as there is in phase 1 do you feel that way?

Good progress for your goals, I'm on phase 2 now myself. I aim to do better on my nutrition (I need more carbs to get through training and my day.) Slower eccentric makes a huge difference my j row was 90lbs (slow and controlled) before but almost cut in half in the second phase when I really slow it down. My bench isn't bad for an eccentric. Happy to swap pull overs for pull-ups. My only concern is going to be legs it's hard to lift heavy enough without my barbell to truly challenge my legs. Great program, thus far, I might not mind extending this and the last phase so I can continue to increase my weights. Or I might just jump back to the second phase after the third and cycle those two for a few months. I Think the rows being at the end of the work out is what's making them harder because I haven't had to drop below 80's in 5 or 6 years.

I mean, these two is interesting like you said it’s time under detention and slower which does mean, the risk for injury is lower. However, I don’t think a lot of people train in time under tension so even though they’re not lifting as much weight, they’re going to see results because it’s something that they don’t normally do.
I’ve been doing mine in the gym as well some stuff for the barbell
