I see part #PK389-48R50-TP. Do you know if these same mudguards will work on Toyota Grand Highlander? The part # is slight different PK389-48R00-TP. I can get the lexus ones at a better price and they are the same body, but curious if the part is actually different.

I don’t think you need to drill any holes. You just install the screws.
You don’t have to pre-drill the holes, but it’s cleaner if you do.
