It is summer season, so you can carry normal clothes, If it rains, it gets a little cold, so u can also keep 1 or 2 light warm clothes

Sharing will be 800-1000.... reserve car will cost you 4k(small car) and big car 7-8k.... Small cars are not allowed in NATHULA..so they will take you till Chemgu lake in small car..and after that they will transfer in big vehicle as sharing tourist

Better to explore all by yourself coz tour operators cost will be very high and there are some hidden charges also which they will not clearly tell you .. and will suggest to talk to driver and negotiate with some extra money...so be careful..most of the Driver/hotel person are BROKER and always look to con tourist.. it's my personal experience..so better research and take ideas

Gangtok Local sightseeing 10 point k liye WAGON R(4 person maximum) ka charges 2000 hai...off season hai toh 15-1800 tak me bhi ho jayega...Chemgu/nathula/baba mandir k liye bada vehicle (8-10 person maximum) ka charges 7-8000 hai .magar Broker sab 10-11 hazar batayega.... Off season ho toh aur thoda kam me hoga .agar sharing me jaoge toh 800-1000 per person.... Old baba mandir aur new baba mandir k bahane DRIVER aapko confuse karega ki, Permit new baba mandir ka hai .agar old baba mandir Jana ho toh extra 1000-1500 lagega...ye sab chakkar me mat padna... New baba mandir bhi acha hai...
Aur agar return me driver ye bole ki jaldi nikloge Nathula se toh..hotel ya M G marg pe chhor denge toh, ..dhyaan mat dena(kyuki aap jaldi karo ya aaram se aao, wo aapko M G marg se pehle hi chhorega..jahan se doosra taxi le k aapko hotel tak aana hoga(ye sab driver ka trick hai, aur tourist ko lootne ka tareeka)
