Due to Nod's fake news, the UN has suspended funding for GDI until an investigation is completed into the events surrounding the Battle of Bialystok. In the meantime, we have to take what forces we have left in the field and defend the damaged GDI base at Hanover in Germany, which is the final GDI base being immediately threatened by Nod's attacks!
