Our First Day in Philippines

- Our first day in Philippines was also a travel day. We woke up in BGC in Manila, and had breakfast at filipino restaurant Manam. I had a tofu sisig and Mark had a tortang longanisa talong.
We then met up with my cousin at the airport to fly to Siargao. I haven't seen my cousin in 5 years, so it was a great reunion. We arrived late afternoon in Siargao airport, and just rented a van straight to our airbnb. We opted to stay in La Union, which is 20 minutes from General Luna. It was very peaceful, the drive isn't so bad as it was very scenic.
We loved our airbnb as it was made out of wood and was along the beach. It was wonderful watching the sunset as we walked along the beach.
