I'll be moving there in 6 months and want to find a nice western amenities hotel for a couple of weeks while I look for a more long term condo rental. my first time to the Philippines and I'm excited in my new ventures I'll have there. being 74, I like biking, walking, and dining. I love the warm weather and the seashore. If you have any suggestions on good affordable condo's for rent there, that would be appreciated. I originally was going to Cebu, but after seeing the infrastructure, heavy traffic, dirtiness of the surrounding areas, I decided Iloilo would be a better pick for me. my budget for a condo would be around 25k pesos per month, furnished.

Hello 3 hrs drive in northern part of Iloilo province is Carles, Estancia and Conception has plenty of white sand beaches not crowded fresh cheap seafoods, you can try Island Hopping Gigantes Islands, Antonia Island, Sicogon, Tanke lagoon
